The Macia Batle Rosado is a brilliant, intense pink in colour with ruby glints. The wine is redolent of fresh berries such as strawberries and raspberries and very ripe peaches as well. This creation consists of Manto Negro (Mallorca’s autochthonous grape variety), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. It is balanced and fresh on the palate, with a lovely acidity, a light tannin structure and a very fruity finish.

This rosé from Mallorca, aged in stainless steel tanks, is a wonderful summer wine. Try the Macia Batle Rosado as an aperitif, with Mediterranean herbal cuisine, fried fish or seafood.
