The Cune winery is actually better known from the Rioja region, but the winery also has vineyards in the Ribera del Duero. The Cune Roble is an accessible but powerful red wine. The wine is purple in the glass and the nose reveals lots of black fruit with a floral note. This is complemented by a mineral touch and vanilla aromas from the 5-month maturation in American oak barrels.
On the palate, there are beautiful aromas of licorice and vanilla with notes of roasted coffee. An intense berry aroma closes the taste impression at the end. In the finish, slightly sweet tannins round off the pleasant aftertaste.

Try the Cune Roble Ribera del Duero with classic paella or goat's cheese. Also perfect in combination with stews of all kinds.
