The Graham Beck Méthode Cap Classique Brut is an elegant, fine sparkling wine from the Western Cape in South Africa. The Graham Beck winery is one of the leading producers of Cap Classique and is known for its precise craftsmanship, high-quality grapes and innovative vinification techniques. The grapes for this sparkling wine come from carefully selected, hand-picked plots that reflect the unique terroir of the region and bring freshness, structure and finesse to every bottle.

The grapes are harvested by hand - Chardonnay for fruit and elegance, Pinot Noir for complexity and length. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the two grape varieties are fermented separately. They are then blended with reserve wines if necessary, bottled and matured on the lees for 15 to 18 months before the Graham Beck Méthode Cap Classique Brut is disgorged.

Fresh lime fruit and fine yeasty nuances unfold on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with its rich, creamy texture and elegant perlage, which guarantees freshness, finesse and a harmonious finish.

The Pongracz Méthode Cap Classique Brut is made from the traditional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. After the first fermentation and the subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeast for another two years in order to carry out the secondary fermentation in the bottle. After the sediment is removed, the bottles are corked up and kept in a cool place for 2 to 4 months before the sparkling wine is launched on the market. The Pongracz Pongracz Méthode Cap Classique Brut is impressive in its enormous complexity and wonderful elegance. The bouquet offers intense fragrances of green apples and fresh bread.
