The Lomond Sauvignon Blanc comes from the renowned Cape Agulhas wine region in South Africa, near the southernmost point of the continent. The Lomond Wine Estate is located close to the coast, which gives the wine its characteristic freshness.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a clear, light yellow color with lime green reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit, accompanied by white pear, stone fruit and nuances of lime leaf and lemongrass. It is lively on the palate with a well-integrated acidity that ensures a refreshing and mouth-watering finish.

The grapes for this wine come from sustainably cultivated vineyards in Cape Agulhas. After careful hand-picking, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruit aromas. The wine then matures for several months on the fine lees, which gives it additional complexity and fullness.

The Lomond Sauvignon Blanc is a versatile accompaniment to various dishes. It harmonizes perfectly with seafood such as oysters, grilled prawns or mussels. It is also an excellent accompaniment to light summer salads, goat's cheese or Asian dishes with lemongrass and coriander.

The Lomond Syrah comes from the cool, coastal vineyards of Cape Agulhas, one of South Africa's southernmost wine regions. Due to the fresh sea breezes, the grapes ripen slowly and develop an extraordinary aroma with a perfect balance between fruit, spice and elegance.In the glass, this Syrah is a deep ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of dark berries such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by floral notes such as violet and a hint of white pepper, cloves and Mediterranean herbs. An impressive structure unfolds on the palate with velvety tannins, fine spice and well-integrated acidity. The long finish is characterized by subtle wood notes and mineral accents.The grapes are carefully harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning to preserve their freshness.
