Creation Rosé is one of the finest rosé wines in South Africa - elegant, precise and full of expression. It comes from the renowned Cape South Coast wine-growing region, where the vines thrive at an altitude of around 280m under the influence of the cool Atlantic Ocean. The special terroir of weathered Bokkeveld slate on clay loam produces a rosé that impresses with its freshness, minerality and balance.

This pure Syrah rosé is harvested by hand with the utmost care. Vinification is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the pure fruit and fine structure. The use of wood is deliberately avoided - so the focus remains entirely on freshness, fruit and finesse.

In the glass, Creation Rosé presents itself in a delicate petticoat pink. The nose reveals fresh aromas of red berries, juicy cherries and a hint of white flowers. On the palate, it delights with spicy notes and a hint of Turkish honey, lively acidity and a pleasantly dry finish. Its elegant structure and fine minerality make it an ideal companion for many occasions - from summer aperitifs to light meals.

Dark purple, almost black, the Creation Estate Syrah Grenache flows into the glass. This composition of 75 percent Syrah (Shiraz) and 25 percent Grenache has a seductive aroma of ripe black olives, tapenade (olive paste from southern French cuisine, including olives, anchovies and capers), ripe plums and umami (roughly: savory, spicy).On the palate, this Rhône-style red wine is full and aromatically deep. The tannins are supple, with a surprisingly fresh acidity. The typical Syrah pepper is noticeable on the finish. the makers of Creation Wines matured the red wine in oak for 14 months. Lanzerac Pinotage

The grapes for the Lanzerac Pinotage come from vineyards located at an altitude of between 400 and 420 meters above sea level. The prevailing wind here helps to cool the grapes in hot summers. The soils consist mainly of decomposed granite, which favors the deep growth of the vines and the soil retains water better.Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with regular pumping over. First, second and third-fill oak barrels were used to mature the Lanzerac Pinotage. Maturation took place over a period of 15 months.
