The Villa Maria Private Bin Chardonnay from New Zealand combines fresh fruit, fine elegance and a harmonious structure. The Villa Maria winery is one of the country's best-known producers and is renowned for its high-quality wines.

This white wine has a bright, shiny, golden yellow color with greenish reflections. This interregional blend of New Zealand Chardonnay grapes is dominated on the palate by aromas of ripe peach, fig and citrus fruit, as well as gently integrated oak notes. The bouquet of this dry white wine is fruit-driven, with juicy pears, ripe peach and subtle notes of citrus blossom. The wine is powerful and well-structured with a smooth finish.

Villa Maria Estate ist ein Wein-Produzent im berühmten neuseeländischen Weinbaugebiet Marlborough. Es verfügt darüber hinaus über Weinberge in ganz Neuseeland und Produktionsstätten in Gisborne, Hawkes Bay und Auckland.

Sir George Fistonich gründete das Unternehmen im Jahr 1961. In den frühen 1970er Jahren expandierte das Unternehmen und die Mitarbeiteranzahl wuchs stetig. Heute beschäftigt Villa Maria mehr als 250 fest angestellte Mitarbeiter und exportiert Weine in über 50 Länder weltweit. Neben dem heimischen neuseeländischen Markt sind Villa Maria Estate-Weine in ganz Europa, Nordamerika und der Karibik, Asien und natürlich auch Australien gefragt. Angebaut werden hauptsächlich Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon und Malbec sowie Pinot Noir und Riesling.

The Neil Ellis Whitehall Chardonnay is a wine that reflects both the terroir and the philosophy of Neil Ellis. The grapes for this Chardonnay come from the Elgin region. A region that is known for its coolness on the Cape and has the most favorable conditions in terms of climate and soil. On the other hand, the Whitehall Chardonnay is characterized by great purity, which is made possible by the meticulous work in the vineyard. The grapes were fermented 100% in barrique barrels. New barrels were used for 25% of this and the rest was processed in second and third-fill barrels. Maturation took place for 9 months in French oak barrels.The color of the Neil Ellis Whitehall Chardonnay is straw-like with light greenish reflections.
