With the Mount Fishtail Pinot Grigio, Mount Fishtail Winery presents an elegant white wine from the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, New Zealand. This Pinot Grigio combines the region’s characteristic freshness with delicate fruit aromas and a balanced, harmonious character. Thanks to gentle processing and aging in stainless steel tanks, the wine retains the clarity and freshness typical of the variety.

On the nose, it reveals elegant aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and delicate citrus blossoms. On the palate, this Pinot Grigio impresses with a finely structured texture, lively freshness, and subtle notes of spices and minerality.
