With the Mount Fishtail Blush Sauvignon Blanc, Mount Fishtail Winery presents a fruity and refreshing rosé wine from the renowned Marlborough wine region in New Zealand. This blend combines the typical characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc with the delicate fruitiness of Pinot Gris and a small percentage of Pinot Noir. The result is a light, modern Blush Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of freshness and a pleasantly uncomplicated character.

On the nose, the Mount Fishtail Sauvignon Blanc Blush reveals aromas of passion fruit, green apple, and lemon, complemented by subtle hints of watermelon. On the palate, it impresses with lively acidity, subtle fruit sweetness, and a light, refreshing finish. Its delicate rosé color and balanced profile make it a versatile pairing for many occasions.

The grape varieties are vinified separately. Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness and crisp fruit character. The Pinot Noir gains additional structure through aging in older French oak barriques and contributes to the wine’s delicate color.
