Michelle kombiniert erfolgreich traditionelle Weinbereitung mit innovativen 'Neue-Welt'-Methoden. Das Ergebnis sind außergewöhnliche Weine und Ste. Michelle ist heute der größte Riesling Produzent weltweit. Während die Rotweine in der River Ridge Winery, im Süden des Columbia Valleys angebaut werden, findet man die Produktion der Weißweine in Woodinville, 15 Meilen nordöstlich von Seattle. Chateau Ste. Michelle produziert insgesamt zwei Millionen Flaschen an Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot und Riesling und pflegt in der Weinbereitung erfolgreiche Partnerschaften. Ein erfolgreiches Produkt einer dieser Partnerschaften ist der Eroica Riesling mit dem Moselweingut Ernst Loosen.
