Cloudy Bay Chardonnay
Fresh, intensely fragrant and simply delicious: the Cloudy Bay Chardonnay from New Zealand's Marlborough wine-growing region, which is highly regarded around the world, is a white wine that leaves an impression. Notes of white peach, apricot and warm hay as well as floral tones characterize the bouquet. Dense on the palate, with a wonderful variety of aromas of apple and pear, finely balanced by notes of vanilla and hazelnut. There are also subliminal salty notes. A little acidity (citrus) gives the dry white wine freshness and opens up the long finish. The Cloudy Bay Chardonnay was matured for 11 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which were new barrels.Enjoy this creation from the renowned Cloudy Bay winery with a fine arrangement of goat's cheese with baguette, apple marmalade and hazelnuts, for example, or with a Müllerin-style plaice. Important: The wine should not be cooler than 12 degrees so that the intensity of the aromas of this New Zealand Chardonnay can fully unfold.

Clos Henri Estate Sauvignon Blanc Organic
The Clos Henri Estate Sauvignon Blanc Organic is an expressive white wine from New Zealand that impressively reflects the terroir of the renowned Marlborough wine region. This organic wine comes exclusively from Clos Henri Estate's own vineyards located in the Wairau Valley - a sub-region known for its cool climate and mineral-rich soils. The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are cultivated in high planting density on three different soil types: clayey Wither and Broadbridge subsoil as well as barren Greywacke stones. This special soil diversity - created by two prehistoric glacial movements - gives the wine its multi-layered structure and elegant minerality. Organic cultivation, dry farming and selective harvesting produce a wine typical of the grape variety with a clear expression of the terroir. After gentle pressing and separation of the must, it is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for three months on the fine lees - with regular batonnage - to develop additional complexity and structure. The result is a fresh, textured Sauvignon Blanc with excellent ageing potential of five to eight years. In the glass, the Clos Henri Sauvignon Blanc shines in a light straw yellow. Intense aromas of lemon blossom, orange zest and fresh grapefruit unfold on the nose. On the palate, the wine is lively, clear and juicy - with precise acidity and a long, mineral finish. This Sauvignon Blanc is an ideal accompaniment to ceviche, tuna tataki, goat's cheese tart or fresh figs. Serve at 10-12 °C to bring out its delicate aromas to the full.

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough
The Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc comes from the world-famous Marlborough region on the South Island of New Zealand - an area with excellent terroir.A dry, sunny but temperate climate. Clear, cold nights. And not forgetting the first-class soils. The temperate climate ensures a long, slow ripening period for the berries from January to April and the temperature fluctuations between day and night are a decisive factor for the crisp, fresh and lively character of this white wine. The fruit is harvested at optimum ripeness, crushed, gently pressed and the resulting grape juice is then clarified. After long temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is immediately bottled. This preserves the wonderful fruity taste and wonderful aromas of the dry wine.In the glass, the Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough has a pale straw-green color with a striking clarity. Passion fruit and tropical fruit aromas play around the nose. The bouquet is rich. This fresh, elegant Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent accompaniment to fish and sushi.
