The vineyards are located in a region of volcanic origin and are therefore rich in minerals and clay. This gives the grapes inimitable characteristics compared to the worldwide production of Pinot Nero.The grapes are gently pressed to produce a pure must. This is followed by cold maceration before fermentation. In this way, the primary aromas are extracted more easily and efficiently from the skin of the berries. The subsequent fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The Italian wine then also matures in stainless steel tanks, where the grape juice matures on its own yeast.This wonderful Rosapasso rosé shines brightly in the glass.
