Colombelle La Belle Rosé IGP

Colombelle La Belle Rosé from the sun-drenched south-west of France embodies the lightness of the French way of life.
It comes from Gascony, a region known for its fresh, fruity wines. As soon as it is poured, it enchants with its delicate salmon pink color - a real eye-catcher in the glass.

A bouquet of red berries, ripe strawberries, raspberries and a hint of white flowers unfolds on the nose. On the palate, the wine is balanced and lively with a lovely freshness that is complemented by a subtle spiciness and fruity nuances. The acidity is pleasantly integrated and ensures an animating, clean finish.

The Colombelle La Belle Rosé grapes are fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the fresh aromas. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks, which gives the wine its freshness, fruitiness and clarity.

This rosé is a perfect accompaniment to light summer dishes, fresh salads, antipasti or grilled fish. It is also an excellent accompaniment to Asian-inspired dishes with a slight spiciness or Mediterranean tapas. Ideal as an aperitif or for socializing outdoors.

Producteurs Plaimont
