Rotari Cuvée 28 is a wine produced with the second fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico tradition with respect to the Trento DOC discipline. The refinement on its lees for 28 months gives this wine important notes of bread crusts and hazelnut while at the same time maintaining a freshness that really stands out along with a pleasantness of aromas and tastes.

Terlan Gries Lagrein Riserva DOC 2021

The 100% Lagrein from the Alto Adige winery Cantina Terlan has a strong ruby to garnet color with violet hues. On the nose, earthy and mineral notes that harmonize beautifully with fruity flavors. In addition notes of sour cherries and plum jam. On the palate: peaty and spicy yet fruity. Notes of bitter chocolate and violet contribute to the complex richness and complexity of the wine. The Gries Lagrein Riserva DOC comes from a classic Lagrein location in Bolzano. The wine was aged for 12 months partly in large oak barrels (70%) and partly in barriques (30%). Lagrein is a leading grape variety in South Tyrol and is currently being rediscovered by wine lovers.The Terlan Lagrein DOC is velvety, elegant and full-bodied. Its dark garnet red color shimmers mysteriously in the glass, the bouquet flatters the sense of smell with clear fruity aromas of cranberry and sour cherry. This is accompanied by fine nuances of lilac and laurel, flint notes and a hint of chocolate. The Lagrein is full-bodied and harmonious on the palate, with a fine texture and delicate tannins.The Lagrein from the Terlan winegrowers' cooperative was allowed to mature in large wooden barrels for seven to ten months.Serve this dry red wine from Italy at a comfortable drinking temperature of 14 to 16 °C.
