The autochthonous Teroldego grape variety from South Tyrol produces a special taste experience: the Castel Firmian Teroldego Rotaliano has a multi-faceted bouquet offering predominant notes of wild berries. Aged in oak casks, this red wine is well-structured on the palate, with pleasant tannins.

A truly rare taste experience: Only 1.000 acres comprises the wine-growing area in the appellation Teroldego Rotaliano. Campo Rotaliana is located about 20 km north of Trento. This area is the origin of the Teroldego-grape. Vescovi Ulzbach Teroldego Rotaliano is an example of the unique taste-experience. The wine has an impenetrable ruby color. The multi-faceted bouquet is characterized by many spicy notes, such as green pepper and rosemary. The taste is full, with a remarkable fruitiness. Flavors of cherry and black currant are dominant, but you can also taste hints of plum and figs. The wine is wonderful fresh, on the palate only a slightly influence of barrel aging.

This Pinot Gris from South Tyrol has a wonderfully multi-faceted bouquet offering notes of white peach, pear, camomile and, due to the ageing in wooden casks, sweet aromas. The Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio Riserva is harmonious, elegant and refined on the palate, showing a fresh, aromatic finish.Forty per cent of this light yellow white wine was aged in steel tanks, while the rest matured in barriques before the wine was blended after 10 to 11 months. The result is a complex Pinot Gris that unites the typical hints of vanilla and ripe fruit with a great freshness and the fragrances of a Pinot Gris from the province of Trentino.Enjoy this white wine from the Etsch Valley with gratins, polenta or white meat.
