The winery uses the good soil conditions and warm climate of Sicily to produce high quality wines.This Pinot Grigio is characterized by its intense aroma with both fruity and floral nuances. The aromas of apple and pear are typical of this grape variety. The wine is creamy and fresh on the palate. The white wine is ideal as an aperitif to get you and your guests in the mood for a pleasant evening.It tastes wonderful with light starters and goes just as well with fish or mushroom dishes. Tagaro Verdazzo Vermentino Puglia IGP 2024

Tagaro Vermentino Puglia IGP is a fresh and lively white wine from Apulia that expresses the sunny, southern region of Italy in every sip. The grapes are carefully harvested from sun-drenched vineyards and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the natural fruit notes and tangy freshness of the grape variety.Visually, the wine is a bright straw yellow with fine green reflections - typical of Vermentino. Delicate aromas of peach, apricot and Mediterranean herbs unfold on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with lively acidity, mineral freshness and notes of green apple and hints of pineapple. The finish is light, clear and pleasantly fruity.Serve the Tagaro Vermentino well chilled at around 8-10 °C. It harmonizes perfectly with light dishes such as seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh salads or creamy cheese. The Tasca d'Almerita Regaleali Bianco DOC from Sicily impressively conveys the advantages of this growing region. The three indigenous grape varieties Inzolia, Grecanico and Catarratto, rounded off with a small proportion of Chardonnay, combine to produce a wonderfully animating aroma of fresh apples, white peaches and pink grapefruit. On the palate, the Tasca d'Almerita Regaleali Bianco is soft, rich and intense. This is a classic among Sicilian white wines, here in its 58th edition. This assemblage was matured in steel tanks for three months. The brilliant straw-yellow white wine (with greenish reflections) is a fabulous accompaniment to light dishes such as salads, Italian pasta, fresh fish or seafood. There is also a wonderfully fruity spiciness. This Italian red wine is smooth on the palate, with a balanced, strong tannin structure and an impressively fruity finish. Tasca Regaleali Vigna San Francesco Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Dieser Cabernet Sauvignon aus Sizilien ist ein Ausnahme-Wein. Robert Parker schrieb einst von einem intensiven Bukett mit rebsortentypischen Noten von „Brombeeren, Rosmarin und getoasteter Würze“. Er sieht in dieser Kreation der sizilianischen Tasca-Familie „das großartige Resultat in einem heißen Jahrgang“.Am Gaumen beeindruckt der Tasca Regaleali Vigna San Francesco Cabernet Sauvignon mit seinem vollen Körper und großer Aromatiefe, die Ausgewogenheit von reifen Fruchtaromen und einer klaren Mineralität ist faszinierend. Das Finale klingt noch außergewöhnlich lange nach. Die Trauben für diesen Cabernet Sauvignon aus Sizilien stammen von einem einzigen Weinberg im oberen Teil der Lage San Francesco in 570 Metern Höhe. Der Rotwein reifte 18 Monate in 225-Liter-Barriques.

Die Trauben wurden für etwas mehr als 2 Wochen länger am Rebstock belassen, damit sie einen wesentlichen Teil der Flüssigkeit verlieren. Der Wein erhält dadurch eine Komplexität und höhere Restsüße ohne an Frische zu verlieren. Durch die an die Gärung anschließende Lagerung in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern bekommt der Vanita Nero d Avola Appassite eine schöne Struktur und fein geschliffene Tannine. Im Glas zeigt sich eine rubinrote Farbe. Der Geschmack ist geprägt von roten Beeren, Kirschen und Pflaumen. Am Gaumen verbleibt eine eindrucksvolle Würze und Noten von Schokolade.Der Vanita Nero d Avola Appassite passt perfekt zu gegrilltem, gebratenem oder schonend gegartem Fleisch.

Vigneti Zabu Chiantari Nero d'Avola DOC 2023

This wonderful Nero d’Avola from the wine-growing region of Sambuca di Sicilia is an intense ruby-red in the glass. The very first impression of the bouquet promises an exceptional taste experience. The wine is very intense on the palate, offering notes of ripe plums and blossom extracts.The Vigneti Zabu Chiantari Nero d’Avola is balanced and warm on the palate, with fine, well-structured tannins, giving the wine elegance and length. Its finish is characterised by light wood aromas and notes of herbs, along with a fine spice. Initially, the destemmed grapes were cooled, and the subsequent maceration lasted about 10-12 days.Subsequently, the wine was fermented in cement tanks and underwent a second malolactic fermentation in wooden casks. Afterwards, the wine was aged in French oak casks for at least 6 months. The Vigneti Zabu Chiantari Nero d’Avola is an ideal accompaniment to red meat or game, particularly wildfowl. It is also an excellent wine to enjoy with friends.
