Feudo Arancio Nero d'Avola DOC 2023

The autochthonous Nero d’Avola grape variety from Sicily embodies Sicilian viticulture like no other. The deep ruby-red Feudo Arancio Nero d’Avola has an intense nose offering notes of currants, wild strawberries and pomegranate. The pure varietal Nero d’Avola is supple and velvety on the palate, showing a distinctive fruity character and a pleasant acidity.This red wine comes from two vineyards located in southern Sicily and unites a ripe, full-bodied wine with a delicate, fruity one, resulting in a fresh, elegant Nero d’Avola that is far more structured than usual, and matured for six months in barriques.You’ll enjoy discovering the Feudo Arancio Nero d’Avola with risotto, baked starters, red meat, game, lamb and various spicy cheeses. Feudo Arancio Nero d'Avola Riserva DOC 2015

The Sicilian grape variety Nero d'Avola naturally shows its full quality on the largest island in the Mediterranean. And so the Feudo Arancio Nero d'Avola Riserva is a taste experience that leaves an impression. The gold medals at the prestigious Mundus Vini 2021 and Frankfurt International Trophy 2021 competitions speak for themselves.The deep ruby red wine with a violet hue smells of dark fruits (blackberries, raspberries and cherries). The bouquet is further enriched by stimulating notes of chocolate and leather, creating a wonderfully captivating bouquet.On the palate, the Feudo Arancio Nero d'Avola Riserva is dry, pleasantly soft and well-structured. The polished tannins are skillfully integrated, along with a long-lasting finish with a fine play of acidity and subliminal roasted aromas.The Sicilian red wine matured for 12 months in first, second and third fill French oak barrels. Finally, the Nero d'Avola was refined in the bottle for six months.Enjoy this fresh, fruity yet spicy, accessible red wine at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 degrees. It is the perfect accompaniment to spicy pasta dishes, such as classic spaghetti Bolognese, or spicy sheep's cheese.

Feudo Arancio Passiari Terre Siciliane IGT 2023

This red wine from the Feudo Arancio estate in Sicily offers intense notes of dark cherries and blackberries in its bouquet. The blend, consisting of Shiraz and smaller percentages of Nero d’Avola is partly pressed from dried grapes, giving this wine a special, intense taste. On the palate, the Feudo Arancio Passiari Terre Siciliane IGT is remarkably concentrated, with a dense structure. Its long-lasting finish is characterised by fine nuances of tobacco and vanilla due to the ageing in wooden casks.

Feudo Arancio Rosato 2024

Dieser Rosé aus Sizilien ist eine reinsortige Kreation aus Nero d’Avola. Der wunderbar belebende Wein strahlt im Glas in einem dezenten Rosa. Der Feudo Arancio Rosato duftet intensiv fruchtig, wobei vor allen Dingen Noten von Himbeeren und Brombeeren das Bouquet prägen.Am Gaumen ist dieser italienische Rosé trocken, frisch und elegant. Seine feine, delikate Struktur sowie die angenehme Mineralität und Frische machen den Feudo Arancio Rosato zu einem perfekten Begleiter für unbeschwerte Momente.Die Trauben für den Rosato stammen von Lagen in Sambuca di Sicilia (Provinz Agrigento) und in Acate (Provinz Ragusa). Feudo Aranico nutzt allein die Trauben, die auf 200 bis 300 Metern ü.d.M. angebaut werden. Hier ist das Sonnenlicht nicht zu intensiv, sodass aus den Trauben ein frischer, fruchtiger Wein komponiert werden kann.

Feudo Arancio Syrah Sicilia DOC 2022

Das Bouquet des Feudo Arancio Syrah (Shiraz) aus Sizilien ist faszinierend facettenreich. Noten von Waldbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Himbeeren und Pflaumen prägen den Duftstrauß. Sie harmonieren wunderbar mit einer angenehmen Würze von schwarzem Pfeffer, Nelken und Thymian. Am Gaumen ist der sizilianische Rotwein trocken, geschmeidig, mit vollem Körper. Die samtigen Tannine sind wunderbar eingebunden. Das Finale bietet Nuancen von Röstaromen, feines Ergebnis des zehnmonatigen Ausbaus des Feudo Arancio Syrah im französischen Eichenholzbarrique. Die Trauben für den im Wortsinne ausgezeichneten Rotwein (u.a. Gold bei der Berliner Wine Trophy für den Jahrgang 2018, Mundus Vini-Gold für den Jahrgang 2015) stammen aus den Provinzen Agrigento im Südwesten der größten Insel im Mittelmeer und Ragusa an der Südspitze Siziliens.

Der Fina Caro Maestro Sicilia IGT ist sozusagen das Flagship des Weingutes Fina. Ein Rotwein, bei der die Traubenkombination aus Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot und Petit Verdot eher an einen Bordeaux-Wein oder einen Supertuscan erinnert. Bruno Fina, Gründer und Besitzer des Weingutes, arbeitete jahrelang am Sizilianischen Institut für Rebe und Wein und machte viele Versuche mit internationalen Rebsorten auf den Böden Siziliens. Was er hier in die Flasche zaubert ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und lässt sich durchaus mit den großen Weinen aus Bordeaux und der Toskana vergleichen und das zu einem sehr attraktiven Preis. Der Fina Caro Maestro Sicilia IGT präsentiert sich im Glas mit einer tiefen, rubinroten Farbe. In der Nase zeigt der Wein viele Beerenaromen von Blaubeere, über Johannisbeere bis hin zu Holunderbeeren, gepaart mit intensiver Würze. Am Gaumen ist der Caro Maestro von Fina wunderbar tiefgründig, sehr ausgewogen mit perfekt geschliffenen Tanninen. Ein Rotwein mit großer Substanz, der ein geschmeidiges, saftig kraftvolles Mundgefühl vermittelt.
