Dieser Rotwein aus dem Piemont ist eine ideale Wahl, um sich etwas zu gönnen und den Alltag mit einem Glas Batasiolo Barbera d’Asti ausklingen zu lassen. Das Bukett ist intensiv und eindrucksvoll komplex. Fruchtige Noten von Brombeeren und Heidelbeeren im Vordergrund, wunderbar ergänzt durch Noten von Orangenschalen. Dazu kommt eine stützende Würze (Muskatnuss und schwarzer Pfeffer).

Am Gaumen ist die Kreation von Hügeln in der Provinz Asti im Piemont trocken und rund. Der reinsortige Barbera beeindruckt mit seiner großen Frische, gutem Körper und einer feinen Säure. Das Finale ist geprägt von einer leichten Würze und hallt länger nach.

The Pio Cesare Barbera d'Alba DOC is a very classic, pure Barbera from Piedmont, some of whose grapes come from plots where the grapes for the famous Barolo also grow. This gives the Barbera grape, from which 100% of this dry red wine is made, a special strength and depth in addition to the tangy fruit and lively, fresh acidity. The fermentation of the Pio Cesare Barbera d'Alba DOC takes around 10 to 12 days at a temperature of around 25 degrees in order to preserve the fruit in the dry red wine. The Batasiolo Barbera d'Alba shimmers ruby red with violet reflections in the glass. This red wine from Piedmont has a wonderfully stimulating aroma of plums and cherries. Floral notes enrich the bouquet (violets and roses).
