Winemaker Eduardo Casademont hat sich ganz dem Motto des Dadaimus verschrieben die konventionellen Werte mal auszublenden und etwas Neues zu schaffen. Der für Argentinien eher ungewöhnliche halbtrockene Wein aus den Rebsorten Malbec und Bonarda hat Charme und begeistert durch seine Zugänglichkeit von Anfang an. Die Fülle und das Volumen des Weins zeigen sich schon in einer ausdrucksstarken dunklen purpurroten Farbe. In der Nase ist eine tolle saftige Frucht festzustellen. Diese wird ergänzt durch Noten von Gewürzen, süßer Schokolade und Amarena Kirschen.Die Trauben für den Finca Las Moras DADA No. 1 stammen aus dem Pedernal-Tal, welches für seine hohen Temperaturschwankungen bekannt ist. Das italienische Weingut Curatolo Arini, das in Marsala seinen Sitz hat, nutzt seinen Weinberg in Favara San Cataldo um die Rebsorte Nero d'Avola anzubauen. Der Weinberg liegt etwa 500 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Sein Boden besteht aus Lehm und Sand. Die Nero d'Avola Traube, von Einheimischen auch "Principe Siciliano" (sizilianischer Fürst) genannt, ist die bedeutenste Rebsorte Siziliens. Aus dieser Frucht ensteht der Curatolo Arini Paccamora Nero d'Avola. IGP.Nach dem Abbeeren und einer 6-tägigen Mazeration werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Der Wein reift noch einige Monate in Edelstahltanks, bevor er in Flaschen abgefüllt wird.Der italienische Rotwein ist Rubinrot und schimmert violett. Die Nase wird überwältigt mit Aromen von Veilchen, Kirschen, Pflaumen und weißem Pfeffer. Für einen vollen und runden Geschmack sorgen rote Früchte wie Kirschen und Beeren.
