Château La Pensée in the Lalande-Pomerol appellation is a top achievement from this winery, which has been performing at the level of an insider tip for years. In terms of quality, the wines are in no way inferior to the grape juices from the more renowned Pomerol appellation and once again represent a leap into another league.

Harvesting by hand, optimal grape ripening through vendages vertes and fermentation in concrete tanks guarantee an outstanding wine from the right bank.

This wine is naturally dominated by Merlot and impresses with its freshness and great fruit. Raspberries, strawberries and black berries are to the fore in La Pensée, rounded off with hints of roasted nuts, spices and coffee.

Enjoy this wine either on its own or in combination with beef or tuna steak and grilled meats.

Die Familien Moulin und Cathiard haben 2014 Beauregard übernommen und die Qualität nochmals auf ein höheres Niveau gehoben. Dem Benjamin de Beauregard kommt dabei bei der Weinbereitung die selbe Sorgfalt zu, wie dem Grand Vin. Die Ernte wird auf Beauregard vollständig manuell ausgeführt. Der Benjamin wird im Holzfass ausgebaut, mit 30% Neufassanteil. Er ist von rubinroter Farbe. Die Nase umschmeicheln milde Düfte von dunklen Kirschen, Paprika, Karamell, Pflaumen und Kräutern. Am Gaumen überwiegen vor allem die Früchte und die feine Struktur imponiert. Der Abgang ist ebenfalls durch dunkle Früchte charakterisiert. Der Wein zeigt eine schöne Balance und Ausgeglichenheit. Er ist jetzt bereits nach etwas dekantieren trinkreif, bleibt aber durchaus noch 8 Jahren auf dem Höhepunkt. Köstlich in Kombination mit rotem Fleisch, Wildgerichten und Käse.

In its bouquet, this Amarone from the Lenotti estate offers intense notes of the high-quality woods, in which the wine from the classic Valpolicella region matured for a long time. This wine is produced only in particularly good years. It is a blend consisting of the best red Valpolicella grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta, dried in wooden crates until late in the winter. The wine matured in oak casks for several years.On the palate, the Lenotti Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is simultaneously lovely and bitter, intense and velvety.
