Ulisse Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGT

Ulisse Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGT is made from pure Pecorino grapes. These vines are grown by the Tenuta Ulisse winery in Crecchio, which is located on the Adriatic coast in Abruzzo. Pecorino is a white, indigenous grape variety from central Italy and produces fruity wines with a fine acidity. The winery uses stainless steel tanks to mature this white wine.

Pecorino shimmers in the glass with a light straw yellow color and greenish reflections. This white wine also impresses with a bouquet of exotic fruit aromas. It smells of peach, papaya and grapefruit as well as a hint of pineapple. The palate reveals the typical invigorating acidity, while the finish is characterized by a gentle melt.

This fruity taste experience unfolds perfectly when you enjoy the wine at a drinking temperature of 8 to 10 °C. It harmonizes wonderfully with risotto, grilled fish or cheese.

Tenuta Ulisse

Ulisse 10 Vendemmie Limited Edition
