Der Yarden Pinot Noir stammt aus der nördlichsten und allgemein als beste Appellation Israels bezeichneten Region Galiläa. Die Weinberge liegen auf einem Vulkanplateau zwischen 400 und 1200 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Der Wein weist Fruchtnoten von hellen Himbeeren und Preiselbeeren auf. Dazu kommen Noten von Veilchen und ein Hauch von Gewürzen. Im Hintergrund spielt ein eleganter Ausdruck von französischer Eiche mit. Der Yarden Pinot Noir reifte 16 Monate in größtenteils neuen Eichenfässern. Der Wein hat einen festen Körper und einen sanften Abgang.

Der Wein passt hervorragend zu einer Vielzahl von Gerichten, wie zu Peking-Ente, gebratenem Thunfisch mit Mango-Salsa oder cremigem Pilzrisotto.
