Der Pfannebecker Sankt Georgenberg Maximus QbA trocken ist eine Wucht. Die Cabernet-Sauvignon- und Merlot-Trauben dieser Cuvée wachsen auf kontrolliert ökologisch bewirtschafteten Weinbergen in Rheinhessen.

Allein der Duft dieses Weines ist betörend: Frische rote Beeren und Marmelade mischen sich mit einer feinen Kräuternote und einem Hauch von Vanille. Die vollreifen Beerenfrüchte und die Gewürzaromen finden sich zudem auch im Geschmack wieder. Dazu gesellen sich dunkle Schokolade und eine feine Rauchnote. Die deutlichen Tannine sind perfekt in den Körper eingebunden und sorgen für einen harmonischen Gesamteindruck.

Cielo e Terra 3 Passo Rosso

The 3 Passo is a special kind of organic wine. The name stands for the production method. Put simply, the wine is composed of three parts. One third of the wine comes from overripe grapes, which are processed using the appassimento method. Another third is fermented naturally, whereby the so-called pumping over gives the red wine more color and flavor. The final third spends time in wooden barrels after fermentation, which gives the 3 Passo from Cielo e Terra its special character and brings aromas of vanilla and spices into the wine. It has a deep garnet red color in the glass and ripe, intense fruit notes on the nose. A light woody aroma complements this impression. On the palate, the Italian wine tastes strong and rich with fruit and light vanilla tones.
