Der Knipser Blauer Spätburgunder trocken duftet wunderbar facettenreich nach Himbeeren und Kirschen sowie Nuancen von Zigarrenkiste und Espressopulver. Am Gaumen ist der über 12 Monate im gebrauchten Barrique ausgebaute Rotwein aus der Pfalz fein und zugleich kräftig, mit einer guten Struktur. Der Spätburgunder wurde aus Trauben verschiedener Weinberge rund um Laumersheim komponiert.

The Chardonnay & Weißburgunder dry from the Knipser winery is a stylish cuvée made from two of the most popular white grape varieties. Both varieties ripen under optimal conditions in the Palatinate and combine here to create a harmonious, balanced white wine with structure and finesse.This composition of predominantly Chardonnay and around a third Pinot Blanc smells of fresh meadow hay and fine Burgundy aromas. Knipser Cuvée X

The Knipser Cuvée X from the Knipser winery impresses with a multi-faceted bouquet with spicy notes of cassis, tobacco, coffee and cedar. On the palate, the dry composition of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is dense and intense, with ripe, perfectly integrated tannins and impressive length.The grapes grow in the best vineyards of the Knipser winery in the Palatinate, which are characterized by limestone. Through short pruning and the so-called "green harvest" - the targeted thinning out of unripe grapes in summer - the yield is reduced in order to produce a particularly concentrated and elegant red wine. The Cuvée X then matures for 24 months in new French oak barriques, which further emphasizes its complex aromas of dark fruit, chocolate and fine spices.Enjoy the Knipser Cuvée X with roast meat, braised lamb, beef or game. Notes of ripe mirabelle plums, peaches, gooseberries and citrus fruits characterize the bouquet of the Knipser Steinbuckel Riesling GG dry.
