Hensel Aufwind Pinot Blanc - Chardonnay

The unusual combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc in this Hensel wine offers an exciting drinking experience.

Spring-like, white Burgundy cuvée with initially delicate, floral notes of Pinot Blanc, accompanied by opulent Chardonnay aromas reminiscent of fresh bananas. Equally bivalent in the mouth with a wiry, nervy structure and freshness, the Chardonnay partner guarantees juicy, ripe fruit and a perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity.

A wonderfully elegant, versatile white wine from the Palatinate from the Hensel winery for the open-air season. The Hensel Aufwind Pinot Blanc Chardonnay goes well with light summer dishes such as pasta and salads. You can also try this dry wine with grilled chicken burgers.
