Les Jamelles Vin Orange

Der Les Jamelles Vin Orange ist ein innovativer und unverwechselbarer Orangewein aus der renommierten Weinregion Pays d'Oc in Südfrankreich. Das Besondere am Orangewein ist, dass er einer Mazeration ähnlich wie bei Rotwein unterzogen wird. Dadurch zeigt sich der Wein im Glas orange, leicht kupferfarben. Das intensive Bouquet erinnert an dezente, würzige Noten von Ingwer, Kreuzkümmel, Wacholderbeere, Nelken und Lebkuchen. Am Gaumen entfaltet dieser Orangewein eine sehr zarte, frisch, süß, geschmeidige Harmonie. Im Nachgeschmack zeigen sich feiner schwarzer Pfeffer und Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten und Blumen. Der Les Jamelles Vin Orange überzeugt überdies mit leichten Tanninen, die durch das Einweichen der Schalen entstehen.

Der Vin Orange von Les Jamelles hinterlässt einen frischen, spannenden Eindruck und passt besonders gut zu asiatischer Küche, zu Garnelenspießen oder zu Indischem Curry.

Das Weingut Les Jamelles leiten seit 1991 Catherine und Laurent Delaunay. Beide Önologen stammen aus dem Burgund. Die Familie Delaunay ist seit vier Generationen in der Weinerzeugung tätig.

Les Jamelles liegt in der südfranzösischen Region Languedoc-Roussillon (Pays d'Oc), die auch vielfach als größtes Weinbaugebiet der Welt beschrieben wird. Die geografische Vielfalt von Languedoc-Roussillon garantiert erlesene und außergewöhnliche Weine. Les Jamelles-Weine stammen aus den verschiedenen Lagen dieser Region.
