Der La Villette Viognier VdF ist ein aromatischer Weißwein mit den für die Viognier-Traube charakteristischen Noten von Früchten und Blumen. Im Bouquet zeigen sich Aromen von Pfirsich und Aprikose, die am Gaumen mit floralen Aromen von Lilien, Lavendel und Akazienblüten sowie einem Hauch frischer Banane ergänzt werden. Die Reben wachsen auf Weinbergen des Weinanbaugebietes Minervois. Das Minervois gilt als eines der ältesten Weinbaugebiete Frankreichs und liegt im Départements Hérault. Der reinsortige Viognier reift vor der Abfüllung für einige Monate auf der Hefe. Er ist powervoll und hat wenig Säure.

Benannt nach dem bekannten Stadtviertel "La Villette" in Paris, kommen die Trauben für den reinsortigen La Villette Chardonnay VdF von Weinbergen am Fuße der Pyrenäen im Südwesten Frankreichs. Nach einer Gärung von 10 bis 12 Tagen in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern, liegt der Wein für weitere sechs Monate „sur lie“ (auf der Hefe). Um die natürliche Frische des Weins zu behalten, durchläuft die Hälfte des Weins eine malolaktische Gärung. Das fördert die Entwicklung der frischen, typischen Chardonnay Aromen.Dieser erfrischende und komplexe Chardonnay duftet nach Zitronenkuchen, Banane und Birne, gefolgt von warmen Gerüchen von geröstetem Brot. Red Heads Coco Rotie Syrah Viognier
The small, aromatic Shiraz grapes from the McLaren Vale region come from vines that are more than 30 years old, forming the basis for the RedHeads Coco Rotie Syrah Viognier. On the nose, the red wine from Australia offers notes of raspberries, blackberries and apricots (resulting from the Viognier grape variety). The bouquet is complemented by nuances of dark chocolate, raspberry liquor and smoky notes of cedar and vanilla.
