The elegant, light sparkling wines from the Bailly Lapierre winery mature in an underground quarry. It is a magical place. This magic is also conveyed by creations such as the Bailly Lapierre Crémant de Bourgogne Réserve Brut.The dry sparkling wine from Burgundy shines in the glass in a light yellow with green reflections. The fine, lively perlage makes the French Réserve Brut something special, even visually. The Crémant de Bourgogne smells of fresh honey, wonderfully underpinned by floral notes and mineral tones.On the palate, the blend of the four grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligoté (the dominant white wine variety in Burgundy) is clear and fresh, harmonious and round. Das Weinanbaugebiet ist geprägt von Kreide- und kalkhaltigen Böden, die dem Wein eine gewisse Mineralität verleihen. Die meist angebaute Rebsorte ist Chardonnay, aus der der Chablis erzeugt wird. Der Château de Chemilly Chablis 1er Cru Grande Réserve ist eine Cuvée, deren Trauben aus den Lagen Vosgros und Vaucoupin vereint wurde.Der französische Weißwein leuchtet in einer grün goldenen Farbe. The grapes for this wine come from old vines in the wine-growing area of Chablis: many factors interact to create a unique taste experience. The Chardonnay from the Chablis region offers notes of citrus fruit, white blossoms, brioche and hazelnut in its multi-faceted bouquet. It is dense and intense on the palate, with a characteristic acidity and a great freshness. Its finish is characterised by a defining minerality.In 1973, the family-owned Château de Chemilly estate was founded by Jean-Pierre and Philippe Vilain and is today run by Loïc und Yannick Vilain. The vines grow in a cool climate and produce dry white wines which show a pronounced acidity and lots of fruit. As a philosophy, the winery intervenes as little as possible in the production process of the wines, so that wine connoisseurs enjoy discovering the wines’ unadulterated Chablis character.

Chateau de Chemilly Coteaux Bourguignons Chardonnay

Der Coteaux Bourguignon ist ein Weißwein aus dem Burgund vom Chateau de Chemilly. Er gilt als der Einstiegswein des Chateaus. Der Wein besteht zu 100% aus Chardonnay Trauben und bringt das außergewöhnliche Terroir schon wunderbar zum Ausdruck. Die Weinberge befinden nahe den Gemeinden Beru und Vermenton und liegen am rechten Ufer des Flusses Serein. Die Trauben werden bei mäßiger Temperatur von maximal 20 Grad Celsius auf der Feinhefe vergoren. Danach schließt sich eine ca. 6-monatige Reifung im Edelstahltank an. Die Farbe des Coteaux Bourguignon ist goldgelb und glänzend hell. In der Nase zeigen sich Aromen von Birne und Quitte, die einen leicht exotischen Eindruck entwickeln. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein wunderbar fruchtig und blumig. Noten von Akazie und Orangenblüte verleihen dem Mundgefühl eine besondere Note. Die Säure ist leicht hintergründig, aber bis zum Abgang frisch.Probieren Sie den Coteaux Bourguignon als Aperitif. Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir - fruity Burgundy full of expression.The winegrowers of the Nuiton-Beaunoy cooperative have been dedicated to winegrowing on the Côte d'Or since 1957. The vines are over 20 years old and grow on clay and limestone soils, which give the Pinot Noir its typical elegance and structure.Vinification is carried out carefully in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before ageing on the lees, also in stainless steel. This preserves the clear fruit, while the wine gains additional fullness and liveliness.In the glass, the Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a deep purple red with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits such as cherries and redcurrants as well as dark notes of blackberries and blackcurrants. On the palate, the red wine is lively, juicy and round, with a generous, fruity structure.This Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is an excellent accompaniment to fillet of beef, braised veal shoulder or mature cheese.
