Im Glas klar und goldfarbend mit leichten grünen Reflexen duftet der Weißwein komplex nach Grapefruit, Stachelbeere, Buchsbaum und tropischen Früchten. Auch ein Hauch Raucharomen und Zitrus lässt er sich entlocken. Der Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc ist kraftvoll am Gaumen mit ausgewogener Säure und einer guten Länge.

Der 100%ige Cabernet Sauvignon stammt aus Tälern im Languedoc. Das Klima dort ist mediteran geprägt, was zu runden und weichen Weinen führt. Etwa ein Fünftel des Weins reifte für 4 Monate in Fässern erster und zweiter Füllung. Der Rest wurde im Edelstahltank ausgebaut. Zusammen ergibt das Wein mit tiefvioletter Farbe und Aromen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren und unterschiedlichen Gewürzen. Im Geschmack ist der Paul Mas Cabernet Sauvignon rund mit weichen Tanninen. Reife Früchte verschaffen dem Wein eine gute Länge.Genießen Sie den Paul Mas Cabernet Sauvignon solo oder zu einem Nudelgericht mit Käse überbacken.
