The Luis Cañas Blanco comes from the famous DOCa Rioja and impressively demonstrates how much character and elegance a white wine from this traditional region can have. The composition of Viura and Malvasia shimmers golden yellow with light lemon-colored reflections in the glass. The grapes are selected by hand and cold macerated for 12 hours at 6 degrees before pressing. After pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The young, fresh Blanco Rioja DOCa from Luis Canas offers aromas of flowers and fruit on the nose. It is pleasantly light on the palate with mild acidity.
