Die Rebsorte Torrontes hat eine lange Tradition in Argentinien und bringt ausdrucksstarke und aromatische Weine hervor. Die typisch blassgelbe Farbe leuchtet hell und sauber. In der Nase intensive Aromen von Wildrose, Jasmin und Zitrone. Am Gaumen ist der Michel Torino Coleccion Torrontes spritzig frisch mit würzigen Noten wie Anis. Dazu kommen Noten von Orange und Mango, die von einer präsenten Säure wunderschön in Balance gehalten werden. Ein angenehm fruchtiger Abgang vollendet den ausgewogenen Geschmackseindruck.

Der Michel Torino Coleccion Torrontes passt sehr gut zu sommerlichen Salaten, hellem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten.

The Bousquet family, originally from France, has settled in the high altitudes of Mendoza to produce wines of exceptional quality and authenticity. This Malbec impresses with its deep aromas, soft tannins and harmonious character.The grapes come from organically cultivated vineyards in the Uco Valley, one of Argentina's most renowned wine-growing regions. The continental climate with warm days and cool nights ensures optimum ripeness and intense aromas. After selective hand-picking, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness and freshness.
