Binigrau Celler Nounat 2024

Beim Binigrau Nounat handelt es sich um einen Weißwein von der wunderschönen Insel Mallorca. Der Wein besteht zu 60% aus der autochthonen Sorte Prensal Blanc, die aus alten Weinbergen stammt. Die restlichen 40 % steuert die Rebsorte Chardonnay bei. Beide Rebsorten werden separat vinifiziert und ausgebaut. Die Gärung beginnt spontan und wird sorgfältig überwacht und kontrolliert. Eine lange Gärung auf der Hefe bei sehr niedrigen Temperaturen bewahrt subtile Aromen.Der Binigrau Nounat hat eine saubere und helle blassgelbe Farbe. Er schimmert leicht golden im Glas. Das Bouquet ist komplex und besticht durch Noten von Zitrusfrucht, Mandeln und exotischen Früchten. Schon der erste Schluck zeigt die saftig frische Säure. Der Wein kombiniert eine weiche Cremigkeit mit einer schönen Fülle. She not only puts her head but also her heart into her work and demonstrates her skills in her creations, such as the Grüner Veltliner Lamm Kamptal DAC.The Lamm vineyard is located on the south-eastern part of the Heiligenstein. The terroir is loess-loamy, characterized by the geology in the subsoil by the elements of the Heiligenstein (sandstone, volcanic stone, strong silt content) and the slope leans to the south. The geographical location and the vineyard make it possible to produce exceptional Grüner Veltliners that guarantee elegance and grace.The hand-picked grapes are pressed in October. The resulting must is left on the skins to extract as much aroma as possible from the berry skins. This is followed by spontaneous fermentation and ageing in large and small wooden barrels. The white wine matures for 6 months on the lees, after which it is bottled in August.The Birgit Eichinger Grüner Veltliner Lamm Kamptal DAC is a dry white wine with great potential. The inviting bouquet is characterized by fine blossom honey, a hint of tangerine zest, yellow currants and a delicate scent of white nougat. On the palate, the Grüner Veltliner is juicy, elegantly supported by fine fruit sweetness and yellow drop fruit nuances. Lively acidity, subtle spice aromas with a smoky undertone and hints of beeswax are noticeable. Im Stahltank findet eine gekühlte Vergärung und anschließende Lagerung statt. Der trockene Weißwein reift 4 Monate auf der Vollhefe bis zur Flaschenabfüllung Anfang Februar.In der Nase zeigt sich ein fruchtig frisches Bouquet. The Bishops Leap Sauvignon Blanc is a lively, aromatic white wine from the world-famous wine region of Marlborough, New Zealand.Straw yellow in color with green reflections in the glass and particularly fruity on the nose.
