With its typical minerality and freshness, this Vermentino fully meets the expectations of the grape variety. Aged entirely in steel tanks, it has a straw-yellow color with light greenish reflections in the glass. Tagaro Vermentino Puglia IGP is a fresh and lively white wine from Apulia that expresses the sunny, southern region of Italy in every sip. The grapes are carefully harvested from sun-drenched vineyards and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the natural fruit notes and tangy freshness of the grape variety.Visually, the wine is a bright straw yellow with fine green reflections - typical of Vermentino. Delicate aromas of peach, apricot and Mediterranean herbs unfold on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with lively acidity, mineral freshness and notes of green apple and hints of pineapple. The finish is light, clear and pleasantly fruity.Serve the Tagaro Vermentino well chilled at around 8-10 °C. It harmonizes perfectly with light dishes such as seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh salads or creamy cheese. Talamonti Trabochetto Pecorino IGP comes from the enchanting region of Colline Pescaresi in Abruzzo, Italy. Talamonti Trabochetto Pecorino has a shiny straw yellow color in the glass. The nose impresses with its freshness and complexity, with enticing aromas of fresh apple notes of the Renette and hints of ripe pear as well as the floral scents of broom and jasmine. On the palate, this Pecorino has a lively, balanced acidity and a pleasant, medium structure. The finish is long and refreshing, with a hint of citrus and white flowers.Talamonti Trabochetto Pecorino is the ideal accompaniment to a variety of dishes, including seafood, e.g. oysters or grilled fish.What does Traboccetto mean?The name "Trabocchetto" is closely linked to the fishing tradition of Abruzzo. The so-called trabucco was a new type of fishing device that was possibly imported from the Middle East. Literary sources from the 18th century report how this traditional pile construction quickly became typical for fishing on the Adriatic coast. The trabucco was originally built exclusively from wood and enabled fishermen to work even in the worst weather conditions. It provides a platform above the sea, anchored in the coastal rock, with long arms holding a large sinking net called a "trabocchetto". It was an ideal device for intercepting the fish currents that came with the sea currents.

The Telmo Rodriguez Basa DO Rueda is not only a terrace wine that is lovely on its own, but is ideal with Spanish omelettes and fried white fish as well.In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the wine, special labels were designed by different artists. Der Tenuta Antonini Hydria Pecorino d'Abruzzo ist ein herrlich erfrischender, zugänglicher italienischer Weißwein, gemacht für den Genuss unbeschwerter Stunden. Der reinsortige Pecorino, autochthone weiße Rebsorte Mittelitaliens, ist ein wundervoller Vertreter des Weißweins aus der Region Abruzzen.Der Tenuta Antonini Hydria Pecorino d'Abruzzo schimmert im Glas strohfarben mit goldenen Reflexen. Das Bouquet des Weißweins ist anregend facettenreich. Es vereint Noten von weißem Pfirsich, tropischen Früchten und florale Töne (Lavendel). Dazu kommen harmonierende Noten von Honig und Vanille. Am Gaumen ist der Pecorino trocken, weich und vollmundig. Der Wein der Tenuta Antonini besitzt eine feine Mineralität, eine gute Struktur und klingt noch länger nach – mit balsamischen Nuancen.Das Weingut ist in Ancarano angesiedelt.
