The Vergelegen Mill Race is an elegant cuvée from South Africa that reflects the expertise of the traditional Vergelegen winery. The combination of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with small proportions of Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot ensures a harmonious balance between structure, fruit and soft tannins.Intense aromas of dark berries, ripe plums and blackcurrants unfold on the nose, accompanied by spicy notes such as cedar wood, tobacco and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the red wine is powerful yet supple and velvety, with well-integrated tannins that ensure a long, soft finish. The wine is matured in French oak barrels, most of which are used, which gives the wine additional depth and complexity without masking the fruit.The Vergelegen Mill Race is an excellent accompaniment to a creamy risotto or a pepper steak. The Vesevo Aglianico matured for 8 months in oak casks. The bouquet is wonderfully complex, showing notes of red fruit, herbs and vanilla. The Vidal-Fleury Côtes du Rhône Rouge is a classic red wine from the French region of Rhone. Classic because it was vinified from the traditional grape varieties of the growing region. These are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre.The wine is dominated by the Grenache grape, which leaves a scent of chocolate, spices, violets and morello cherries on the nose. On the palate, the Côtes du Rhône Rouge from the Vidal-Fleury winery is very well structured and impresses with a full mouthfeel and an expansive variety of aromas of cherry, redcurrant and rosemary. Vidal-Fleury Crozes-Hermitage Rouge AOC 2022

The Crozes-Hermitage appellation is located in the northern part of the Rhone valley. All red wines produced in this appellation are based on the Shiraz grape variety, the only red variety authorised here.The Vidal-Fleury Crozes-Hermitage is a dark red in colour. Its bouquet is redolent of black currants, violets and plums, complemented by notes of pepper and roast aromas. The soil of the vineyards in the Crozes-Hermitage area consists mainly of granite, giving the wine its lovely minerality. This red wine is soft and fresh on the palate, showing lots of black fruit. The finish is round and long-lasting. The 18 months of ageing in wooden casks and in the bottle gives the wine its high ageing potential, so that it will remain a delight over the next 10 years.The Crozes-Hermitage from the Vidal-Fleury winery goes beautifully with grilled dishes, game and pork cutlets with herbes de Provence. It is also a good accompaniment to medium-strong cheeses such as Morbier or aged feta, for example.

The dry red wine tastes of red berries such as raspberries or blackberries, showing wonderfully fine tannins. All in all, the Vidal-Fleury G.S.M. is fresh and supple, with a good length.It is perfect for any occasion and goes beautifully with grilled vegetables, tangy cheeses, pasta or any fine meat dish. The Vigneti del Salento I Muri Rosso is a cuvée consisting of the Sangiovese, Malvesia Nera and Aglianico grape varieties, all cultivated in the Salento region. The I Muri Rosso is proof that a combination of these grape varieties results in a wonderful wine. It is an intense red with a slightly violet shimmer in the glass. The nose is dominated by aromas of red and black fruit. The power of the Apulian sun is very impressive, giving the wine its rich, fruity flavour. The I Muri Rosso is extremely soft and velvety on the palate. Its finish is characterised by a slight sweetness. The wine goes perfectly with antipasti, light starters with meat or soft cheeses.
