The Camivini Tank Nº 11 Syrah Appassimento IGT combines a full and intense bouquet of ripe red fruit with elegant notes of black pepper and chocolate. On the palate, the brilliant ruby red Syrah is full and soft with a fascinating aroma of dark berries.The grapes for the Appassimento ripen on the vines until they have lost about 30% of their water. Direct drying on the vine is known as TANK. The TANK process is a new interpretation of the Appassimento process, in which the grapes are slowly dried on airy racks or in well-ventilated crates. TANK wines have a dense and intense aroma with a light raisin note and harmonious residual sweetness.Enjoy this red wine matured in barriques with grilled meat, pasta, soft cheese or on its own.

Der Camivini Tank Nº 26 Nero d'Avola Appassimento IGT aus Sizilien wird aus der für Sizilien typischen Rebsorte Nero d'Avola hergestellt. Von den Einheimischen wird diese Rebsorte „Principe Siciliano“ (sizilianischer Prinz) genannt. Der Ausbau erfolgt im hölzernem Gärtank. In der Nase Aromen von Frucht und Mandeln. Am Gaumen ist der italienische Rotwein leicht und trocken mit Aromen von Rosinen, Backpflaumen und mediterranen Gewürzen. Der lange Abgang hat eine dezente Schokoladennote.Das besondere an diesem Appassimento ist, dass die Trauben direkt am Rebstock trocknen. Sie werden erst geerntet, wenn sie den Großteil des Wassers verloren haben. So entsteht eine dichte und intensive Aromatik mit einer leichten Rosinennote und harmonischer Restsüße. Diese Methode wird TANK-Verfahren genannt - eine neue Auslegung des Appassimento-Verfahrens. Beim klassischen Appassimento-Verfahren trocknen die reifen und gesunden Trauben auf luftigen Gestellen oder in gut belüfteten Kisten.Der kraftvolle Nero d'Avola passt gut zu kräftigen Wildgerichten, Braten und gut gereiftem Käse.

Vinification takes place in concrete and stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas and regional character as authentically as possible.In the glass, the 2022 vintage presents a deep ruby red color. Gerade in dieser Region entstehen in besonderen Jahrgängen Weine, die nicht zu unterschätzen sind und viel Potential offenbaren. Der Spruch „in guten Jahren kleine Châteaus kaufen“ wird durch diesen Rebsaft mehr als bestätigt.Wir haben es hier mit einem wunderbar saftigen, zugänglichen und fruchtigen Vertreter Bordeaux zu tun, dessen Cuvée aus 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon und 10% Cabernet Franc besteht.Die Familie Chevillard, Eigentümer von Janoy-Bellevue, legt Wert darauf, dass die Weine früh konsumierbar sind und nicht zu stark im Fass ausgebaut werden. Ein eher klassischer Bordeaux, der uns durch seine Frische und Fruchtigkeit überzeugte. Viel attraktive Frucht also, insbesondere Blaubeeren, Kirschen, Pflaumen und ein Hauch von weißem Pfeffer bestimmen das Aromenbild. Die Tannine sind schön schmelzig und ergänzen sich sehr harmonisch mit der feinen Säure zu einem tollen Gesamtpaket, das durchaus nicht nur Bordeaux-Einsteigern gefallen dürfte.

Château La Caderie Authentique Bordeaux Supérieur AOC 2018

Der Wein ist Ausdruck dieses wunderbaren Terroirs und stammt von im Schnitt 38 Jahre alten Reben. Die Assemblage besteht aus 28% Petit Verdot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc und 42% Merlot. Der Wein wird für 8 Monate im Barrique ausgebaut, davon 30% neues Holz.Im Weinberg wird äußerst schonend mit dem Wein und dem Ökosystem gearbeitet; der La Caderie Authentique 2018 trägt daher das Zertifizierungslabel "AB" (Agriculture Biologique) für organic viticulture.Die sehr ausdrucksstarke Nase begeistert mit Aromen von dunklen Früchten und Gewürzen; der Gaumen ist vollmundig und stoffig und es spiegeln sich diese Facetten wider. Der Abgang ist lang und anhaltend.Ein harmonischer Bordeaux, mit einem tollen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, der sowohl beim Concours de Bordeaux, als auch bei der Challenge International die Medaille d´Argent gewonnen hat.Er passt perfekt zu Geflügel, Gegrilltem oder hartgereiftem Käse.

Château Le Gardera Bordeaux Supérieur Rouge Bio 2020

Der Château Le Gardera ist ein wunderbarer "every-day" Bordeaux, der, nicht zuletzt aufgrund seines Ausnahmejahrganges und der Hingabe seiner Besitzer, die das Gut auf 16ha seit 2010 biologisch betreiben, mit weitaus höherpreisigen Bordeaux mithalten kann.Die Cuvée besteht aus 70% Merlot und 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Der Château Le Gardera ist von tiefer, rubinroter Farbe. In der Nase Aromen reifer Brombeeren, Pflaumen und Cassis. Der Gaumen zeigt Schokolade, Kaffee, etwas Gewürze und sehr samtige und geschliffene Tannine. Der Nachhall ist erstaunlich lang. Insgesamt ein Wein, der durch seine Fruchtigkeit und schöne Struktur gefällt und viel mehr bietet, als sein Preis erwarten lässt.Vor dem Genuss sollte dieser Wein derzeit etwa eine Stunde dekantiert werden. Er wird aber sicherlich noch bis 2027 viel Trinkfreude bereiten.Mit Freunden in geselliger Runde, zu Gegrilltem oder auch Hackauflauf und nicht zu intensiven Käsesorten ein toller Begleiter.

Château Roc de Levraut Bordeaux Supérieur 2023

Roc de Levraut, gelegen südlich von Saint Èmilion, ist ein kleines Weingut, das sich bereits seit drei Generationen im Besitz der Familie Ballarin befindet. Der Name resultiert aus dem felsigen Untergrund der Rebflächen, über welchem sich ein Boden aus Lehm und Kalk befindet, der nicht die schlechtesten Voraussetzungen für den Anbau eines Bordeaux Supérieur bietet.Die Familie Ballarin setzt hierbei auf traditionellen Weinbau und stellt Jahr für Jahr Rebsäfte her, die von ausgezeichneter Frucht geprägt und herrlich zugänglich und frisch sind. Sie brauchen sich nicht vor so manchem großen Namen verstecken, bieten aber den Vorteil, dass ihr Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nahezu konkurrenzlos ist, da die kleinen Weingüter oftmals "unter dem Radar" durchfliegen.Die Cuvée wird dominiert von Merlot. Der Roc de Levraut ist von rubinroter Farbe. In der Nase viel Kirsche, Schattenmorellen, schwarze Früchte, Waldbeeren, Backpflaumen, dunkle Schokolade und etwas Vanille. Am Gaumen eine schöne Balance von Frische und schöner Struktur, das Finale ist von guter Länge.
