Der Wein ist Ausdruck dieses wunderbaren Terroirs und stammt von im Schnitt 38 Jahre alten Reben. Die Assemblage besteht aus 28% Petit Verdot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc und 42% Merlot. Der Wein wird für 8 Monate im Barrique ausgebaut, davon 30% neues Holz.

Im Weinberg wird äußerst schonend mit dem Wein und dem Ökosystem gearbeitet; der La Caderie Authentique 2018 trägt daher das Zertifizierungslabel "AB" (Agriculture Biologique) für organic viticulture.

Die sehr ausdrucksstarke Nase begeistert mit Aromen von dunklen Früchten und Gewürzen; der Gaumen ist vollmundig und stoffig und es spiegeln sich diese Facetten wider. Der Abgang ist lang und anhaltend.

Ein harmonischer Bordeaux, mit einem tollen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, der sowohl beim Concours de Bordeaux, als auch bei der Challenge International die Medaille d´Argent gewonnen hat.

This blend, consisting mainly of Négrette as well as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, has a nose hinting of cherries, violets, blackcurrants and liquorice with nuances of green pepper. The red wine from the Fronton appellation in the south-west of France has a full body and the tannins are wonderfully integrated. Initially, the wine is fresh. Later, it is particularly fruity and spicy with good length.The Négrette is the appellation’s signature grape. This autochthonous grape variety produces fruity and aromatic wines, intense in colour with a fine tannin structure. Its finish is characterised by a defining minerality.In 1973, the family-owned Château de Chemilly estate was founded by Jean-Pierre and Philippe Vilain and is today run by Loïc und Yannick Vilain. The vines grow in a cool climate and produce dry white wines which show a pronounced acidity and lots of fruit. Château Guillon-Nardou Bordeaux AOP

Dieser Rotwein aus der AOC Francs-Côtes de Bordeaux ist eine Assemblage aus 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc und 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Die Rebstöcke, auf bestem Kalk-Sandstein Terroir gelegen, sind im Schnitt 30 Jahre alt. Michel und Rina Guillon sind die Besitzer dieses uralten Familienbetriebs, der 10 ha Rebgarten umfasst und seit vier Generationen von Vater zu Sohn weitergegeben wird.Dem Wein merkt man die Hingabe seiner Schöpfer an. Im Glas begrüßt uns ein tiefes und funkelndes Dunkelrot. Der Guillon-Nardou zeigt eine reiche Palette von dunklen Beeren, Johannisbeeren und Brombeeren, etwas Cassis und Tabak. Am Gaumen sehr rund und voluminös, mit schöner Struktur und sehr geschliffenen Tanninen. Der Nachhall ist wunderbar lang.Ein toller „Every-day“-Bordeaux, mit einem sagenhaften Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Er ist jetzt nach etwa einer Stunde Dekantieren trinkreif, ist aber mindestens noch bis 2025 in seinem Zenit.Zu Wild, Pasta, gereiftem Käse oder mit Freunden eine echte Empfehlung!

Der Château Le Gardera ist ein wunderbarer "every-day" Bordeaux, der, nicht zuletzt aufgrund seines Ausnahmejahrganges und der Hingabe seiner Besitzer, die das Gut auf 16ha seit 2010 biologisch betreiben, mit weitaus höherpreisigen Bordeaux mithalten kann.Die Cuvée besteht aus 70% Merlot und 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Der Château Le Gardera ist von tiefer, rubinroter Farbe. In der Nase Aromen reifer Brombeeren, Pflaumen und Cassis. Der Gaumen zeigt Schokolade, Kaffee, etwas Gewürze und sehr samtige und geschliffene Tannine. Der Nachhall ist erstaunlich lang. Insgesamt ein Wein, der durch seine Fruchtigkeit und schöne Struktur gefällt und viel mehr bietet, als sein Preis erwarten lässt.Vor dem Genuss sollte dieser Wein derzeit etwa eine Stunde dekantiert werden. Er wird aber sicherlich noch bis 2027 viel Trinkfreude bereiten.Mit Freunden in geselliger Runde, zu Gegrilltem oder auch Hackauflauf und nicht zu intensiven Käsesorten ein toller Begleiter.

Château Pré la Lande Cuvée Diane AOC 2016

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen diese spezielle Cuvée des Château Pré la Lande präsentieren zu können. Nicht nur, weil dieser Wein aus dem herausragenden Jahr 2016 stammt; auch weil er vegan ist, produziert nach dem "Demeter"- Standard und anerkannt unter dem Gütesiegel "AB", dem vom französischen Agrarministerium vergebenen offiziellen Siegel für Erzeugnisse aus biologischem Anbau.Das Château und die Weingärten liegen in Pineuilh, an einem Hang der Appellation Sainte Foy Côtes de Bordeaux, wo der Boden ausschließlich aus Ton auf einer Kalksteinschicht besteht. Das ist die Garantie für einen Wein, der Eleganz und Persönlichkeit vereint.Die Kaltmazeration wird nur unter Verwendung wilder Hefen durchgeführt. Es werden keine Sulfite während der Weinbereitung eingesetzt. Die Maischegärung dauert 5 Wochen. Die anschließende Reifung erfolgt für ca. 15 Monate in hochkarätigen französischen Eichenfässern von 300 Litern, wovon 40% neu sind. Die Assemblage besteht aus Merlot und Cabernet Franc.Die Farbe dieses wunderbaren trockenen Bordeaux ist tiefrot, die Nase ist komplex mit Aromen von roten und schwarzen Früchten, Zedernholz, Vanille und Wildkräutern. Im Mund findet man eine Mischung aus Kraft und Eleganz. Die Tannine sind fein und dicht, aber sehr gut eingebunden. Das Finale ist lang und weich mit Aromen von roten Früchten.Ein toller französischer Wein, aus umweltschonendster Herstellung, der bereits jetzt trinkreif ist, aber sicherlich noch einige Jahre auf dem Höhepunkt bleiben sollte.Als Solo-Wein prima zu genießen, aber auch passend zu Grillfleisch, Ratatouille oder Pasta-Gerichten.

Seit 1870 und sechs Generationen im Familienbesitz, erstreckt sich das Château Peyroulet über 83 ha bestes Terroir. Die Rebgärten liegen auf für das Bordelais vergleichsweise steilen Ton-Kalkstein-Hängen, die dem Peyrouley blanc das gewisse Etwas an Mineralität verleihen und für eine optimale Reifung und Wasserdrainage sorgen.Die Assemblage besteht aus 30% Muscadelle, 20% Sauvignon blanc und 50% Sémillon; die langsame und bei niedrigen Temperaturen durchgeführte Gärung vermag die Aromen und Typizitäten dieser Sorten zu bewahren, was sich in einem schön balancierten, harmonischen Eindruck des Peyrouley ausdrückt.Die Struktur und Saftigkeit des Sémillon, die exotischen Fruchtnoten und Zitrusaromen des Sauvignons und die milde Süße des Muscadelle bilden hier ein perfektes Team.Ein toller Wein, solo auf der Terrasse, zu Fisch, Sushi oder einem knackigen Salat.
