Und was soll man sagen: Wer das Glück hat, eine Flasche des Vega Sicilia Alión öffnen zu dürfen, wird schnell mit einstimmen in die Lobreden.Schon das Bouquet des reinsortigen Tempranillo (oder Tinto Fino, wie die Rebsorte in der Ribera del Duero-Region üblicherweise heißt) zieht unwiderstehlich in seinen Bann. Etwa 15 Monate wurde der spanische Rotwein im Barrique ausgebaut. Die Bodegas y Viñedos Alión selbst empfiehlt, den Tempranillo bei einer Trinktemperatur von 18 Grad zu genießen.
