The nose is equally flattered by yellow fruit, spices such as vanilla and fine floral tones. On the palate, there are also notes of almonds and nuts. Bereits in der Spätantike wurde hier Wein kultiviert. Heute werden die Lagen mit biologischem Weinbau bewirtschaftet.Der Grauburgunder reift auf natürlicher Hefe der Trauben, zu 50% im großen Holzfass. Bis zur Abfüllung bleibt er auf der Feinhefe.
