Die Hacienda Monasterio hat von Anfang an mit Peter Sissek zusammengearbeitet und so Pflanzung und Weinbergsarbeit ökologisch gestaltet. Der Ertrag wird bewusst niedrig gehalten um die angestrebte hohe Qualität an Traubenmaterial zu erhalten. Die Cosecha von Hacienda Monasterio ist ein absolut konzentrierter und mächtiger Rotwein.

Der Wein verfügt über eine tiefviolette Farbe. Die Nase präsentiert sich mit einem dichten Duftbogen von Kaffee- und Toastnoten. Eingeschlossen von Fruchtnoten der Kirsche, Pflaume und Waldbeere. Nach einiger Zeit kommen Schokoladennoten und der Duft von Zigarre hinzu. Am Gaumen beginnt der Hacienda Monasterio Cosecha mit enorm viel Schmelz um dann zwischen reifen Fruchtnoten und ausgewogener Säure an der Zunge zu spielen. Feine Gewürznoten werden getragen vom stoffig, kraftvollen Körper. Im Finale zeigen sich Aromen von Lakritz und etwas Zimt.

Der Wein verbrachte über 18 Monate in französischen Barriques, wovon etwa ein Drittel Erstbelegung waren, was unter anderen zur langen Lagerfähigkeit beiträgt.

This wine is named for the historical Unterebner farm and vineyard. The vines here rise to an altitude of approximately 450 meters, planted in calcareous soils made up of gravel and clay. Vines here are assured optimal ventilation thanks to the Ora, a wind that rises fromLake Garda in the early afternoon during the growing season.Winemaking: The grapes for this wine were softly pressed immediately after harvest, and the subsequent fermentation was done in wooden casks at controlled temperatures (18-20 ° C). Clio Bodegas El Nido DOP

Seit 2002 gibt es den Clio der Bodegas El Nido. Hinter diesem spanischen Rotwein aus der Region Jumilla stehen die Familie Gil und der renommierte australische Winmaker Chris Ringland. Gemeinsam haben sie eine herausragende Kreation geschaffen. Das zeigt allein die Tatsache, dass der Clio in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate seit 2002, der „Erstauflage“ des Weins, immer 90 oder deutlich mehr Punkte erhalten hat. Zuletzt waren es 93 Punkte für den Jahrgang 2019.Der Clio der Bodegas El Nido duftet herrlich intensiv nach Blaubeeren, schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Brombeeren. Dazu kommen vielschichtige Noten von Pilzen und Leder sowie balsamische und mineralische Töne, die den Duftstrauß bereichern. Durch den langen Ausbau im Holz runden Noten von Vanille, aber auch von Espresso und Schokolade das Bouquet ab. Am Gaumen ist diese Assemblage aus 70% Monastrell und 30% Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, kraftvoll und körperreich, mit einer außergewöhnlichen Fruchtkonzentriertheit. Salentein Primus Malbec

Am Gaumen ist dieser reinsortige Malbec üppig und zugleich elegant, mit einer tollen Komplexität. Süßliche Tannine, typisch für Malbec, eine gute Struktur und große Balance ergeben ein perfektes Zusammenspiel. Die große Frische, seine beerige und kräuterige Aromentiefe sowie die angenehme Mineralität machen den Salentein Primus Malbec zu einem Geschmackserlebnis. Das Finale klingt lange nach. Auch James Suckling hat der Jahrgang 2018 überzeugt, er vergibt 92 Punkte. Dieser in limitierter Auflage kreierte Rotwein wird nur in Jahren produziert, in denen die Qualität der Trauben den Ansprüchen genügt, die mit einem Primus Malbec verbunden sind. Der Rotwein reifte für 18 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern, im Anschluss 12 Monate in der Flasche in den Kellern des Weingutes. Wir empfehlen, diesen Malbec aus dem Uco-Tal in der Mendoza-Region 30 bis 60 Minuten vor dem Trinkgenuss zu dekantieren. Die ideale Trinktemperatur liegt bei 16 Grad. Der tief violett-rote Wein ist ein toller Begleiter zu rotem Fleisch, kräftigem Käse sowie Gerichten, bei denen Saucen mit Zwiebeln oder mit schwarzem Pfeffer gereicht werden.Den Salentein Primus Malbec können Sie problemlos für 10 Jahre lagern.

Every year, the Aalto wines are once again compared to those produced by the Vega Sicilia estate, and the Aalto wines often win by a nose. For more than 30 years, Mariano García Fernández, the founder of the Aalto winery, was responsible for the wines produced by the Vega Sicilia estate, of which he was the Technical Director. With his own Bodega Aalto, García Fernández wants to achieve the best result without losing respect for the grapes. In creating his wines, he strives for the maximum expression of the terroir, uniting structure and power with elegance and complexity. How do you make an excellent wine even better? For Mariano García Fernández, the founder of the Bodega Aalto estate, this can be achieved only by selecting the best grapes. The selection of the grapes was carried out parcel by parcel. This explains the wine’s ‘PS’ designation, which stands for ‘parcel’ and ‘selection’. Only the grapes from the best parcels with the oldest vines are selected to produce the Aalto PS. The grapes for this pure varietal Tempranillo come partly from vines that are more than 60 years old. The vines grow on soils with lime and slate subsoils, giving the wine a lovely mineral freshness. The wine is aged in steel tanks before it matures for 21 months in new French barriques. Subsequently, the wine is aged for another 6 months in used casks. The Aalto PS is a dark, dense purple in colour. Its bouquet is characterised by strong notes of wood and flavours of plums and black cherries. On the palate, the wine is extremely complex, concentrated and powerful. The body continues unabated in a never-ending finish. Although the wine is already quite balanced, further ageing in the bottle will certainly enhance its quality. Serve the Aalto PS with lamb, game or tangy cheeses. This wine is a genuine delight! It is also available in a magnum bottle.
