Mallorca’s autochthonous grape varieties Callet and Manto Negro and a smaller percentage of Shiraz unite to create the AN 2. This outstanding red wine, produced by Anima Negra, offers intense notes of red berries in its bouquet, along with fine wood aromas and nuances of vanilla. The AN 2 is wonderfully fleshy, sumptuous and very fruity on the palate, with a lovely spice and an extremely long finish.

It matured for 12 months in barriques (70% made of French and 30% made of American oak), of which 35% were new and 65% were barrels with a maximum of three fillings. The deep cherry-red wine is a worthy ambassador for Mallorca’s viticulture. You can look forward to a real taste experience that has already convinced wine critics all over the world.

The AN has earned the reputation of being one of Spain’s showcase wines within an impressively short period of time. The winemaker Anima Negra deliberately decided to cultivate grape varieties indigenous to Mallorca. The grapes for its outstanding wines come from vines that are more than 80 years old. This blend, consisting mainly of Callet and a smaller percentage of Manto Negro, offers notes of dark fruit (cassis, black cherries), tobacco, mocha, black pepper and vanilla in its fascinatingly multi-faceted bouquet, along with roast aromas. On the palate, the red wine is full-bodied and velvety, showing a charming structure, a great density, wonderfully integrated tannins and a long, fresh finish.The Anima Negra AN matured for 17 to 19 months in new French oak casks. This impressive red wine goes beautifully with strongly seasoned meat dishes and hearty cheeses. Anima Negra kept its promise and developed the potential of the indigenous Majorcan grape varieties, especially of the Callet red wine variety, to the fullest.

Garnacha and Carinena are the two grape varieties that give the Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya its special character. The grapes are crushed for 24 hours to extract as much red coloring as possible. In the glass, the dry rosé is a bright, shiny raspberry pink with fine reddish-red reflections.On the nose, fruity aromas of ripe wild berries (blueberries, strawberries), cherry jam and some pomegranate blend with notes of creamy butter caramel, green coffee beans and marzipan. On the palate, this vegan wine from Spain impresses with plenty of juicy fruit and balanced acidity. Both grape variety aromas are present.The Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya goes well as an aperitif, with traditional Spanish tapas, sausage and ham, juicy vegetable casseroles or fresh pasta. Beim Binigrau Nounat handelt es sich um einen Weißwein von der wunderschönen Insel Mallorca. Der Wein besteht zu 60% aus der autochthonen Sorte Prensal Blanc, die aus alten Weinbergen stammt. Die restlichen 40 % steuert die Rebsorte Chardonnay bei. Beide Rebsorten werden separat vinifiziert und ausgebaut. Die Gärung beginnt spontan und wird sorgfältig überwacht und kontrolliert. Eine lange Gärung auf der Hefe bei sehr niedrigen Temperaturen bewahrt subtile Aromen.Der Binigrau Nounat hat eine saubere und helle blassgelbe Farbe. Er schimmert leicht golden im Glas. Das Bouquet ist komplex und besticht durch Noten von Zitrusfrucht, Mandeln und exotischen Früchten. Schon der erste Schluck zeigt die saftig frische Säure. Der Wein kombiniert eine weiche Cremigkeit mit einer schönen Fülle.
