This Sauvignon Blanc from the Boekenhoutskloof estate shows a wonderfully fruity bouquet hinting of pineapple, papaya, kiwi fruit and apple blossoms. On the palate, this white wine from the Franschhoek valley is harmonious and round, with a lovely fullness and wonderful acidity. The finish shows notes of fresh apples. The vintage 2016 was dry. Nevertheless, with this Sauvignon Blanc the Boekenhoutskloof winery has once again succeeded in creating a wine that satisfies the most discerning tastes.
