Der Santa Cristina Chianti Superiore DOCG gilt mit seinem fruchtigen Geschmack als Inbegriff der Toskana. Dieser Chianti aus dem Hause Antinori verwöhnt mit einem Bouquet, das von schwarzen Kirschen, Schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Pflaumen geprägt ist. Dazu mischen sich feine Nuancen von Vanille und ein Hauch von Veilchen.

Der Ausbau dieses Weins erfolgt in Edelstahltanks ebenso wie in Holzfässern. Im Glas leuchtet diese Cuvée aus Sangiovese und Merlot in einem dunklen Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen.

Der Santa Cristina Chianti Superiore DOCG ist ein besonders vielseitiger Tischwein, den Sie am besten bei einer Trinktemperatur von 16 °C genießen. Mit diesem Chianti ergänzen Sie hervorragend typisch italienische Gerichte wie Pasta oder mediterranes Gemüse. Ebenso passt er wunderbar zu Pizza mit Parmaschinken und Rucola. The Vignole estate is located in the Chianti Classico, near Panzano. Down in the valley flows the river Pesa, in two slopes above are about 14 hectares of vineyards belonging to the estate. This is not just any location in the Chianti Classico. It is one of the best locations.Vignole focuses on quality. The vineyards are planted very densely, with 5,000 vines per hectare. Thus, the amount produced per plant is extremely low, the quality is outstanding.The Chianti Classico Vignole shows bright cherry red in the glass.
