This rosé from the Côtes de Provence shines pale pink with undertones of orange. On the nose, this wine offers connoisseurs a wonderfully fresh, stimulating and fruity bouquet hinting of white peach, apricots, passion fruit and mango. On the palate, the By.Ott is full-bodied, fresh and crisp. Here as well, the enormous fruitiness is characteristic of this wine. Citrus notes and a lovely sweet spice (cinnamon and cardamom) round off the taste experience. This elegant, pleasant wine from the renowned Domaines Ott estate is produced mainly from Grenache and smaller percentages of Cinsault and Shiraz. The Domaines Ott winery is a family-run business with several vineyards in Provence.

An unforgettable rosé of Côtes de Provence, created mainly of Grenache and a minor proportion Rolle (Vermentino).The grapes for the Château d'Esclans Garrus come from vines that are at least 80 years old.
