The Minuty Prestige Rosé is a composition consisting predominantly of Grenache, complemented by Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren. The red grape variety Tibouren is grown almost exclusively in the Var department in the French region of Provence. Grenache is the central component of the rosé wines from the Minuty winery.

This rosé from Provence has a very light, shiny salmon pink color. The bouquet is multi-layered. Intense aromas of citrus fruits and notes of white flowers make this refreshing wine so special. Velvety and invigorating on the palate, with a juicy freshness and great balance.

Enjoy the Minuty Prestige Rosé, matured in stainless steel tanks, with fresh salads, scallops, fish dishes or Asian cuisine.

Schon die Lagen von Château Minuty sind etwas Besonderes. Von hier überblickt man die eindrucksvolle Bucht von Saint-Tropez. Und hier reifen auf mehr als 70 Hektar die Reben heran für die Weine des Château Minuty.

Auf Château Minuty werden die Rebsorten Grenache und Syrah bei optimaler Reife von Hand gelesen und in der Kellerei ebenfalls von Hand streng selektiert. Während der Vinifikation wird der biologische Säureabbau bewusst unterbunden und der Wein nur kurz bei kühlen 15 °C im Edelstahltank ausgebaut. So stellen die Winzer sicher, dass die feine, aromatische Frucht voll zur Geltung kommt.

Nun genug der Superlative und zur eigentlichen Beschreibung.Der Château Routas Rosé Provence hat eine zart hellrosa Farbe. In der Nase finden sich frische Noten der Wassermelone, Pfirsicharomen und Noten von Erdbeeren und ein Hauch von Orangenschale. Fruchtig, spritzig und wunderbar leicht ist der Cielo e Terra 9° Rosé Frizzante. Der leicht perlende Rosé wird aus Merlot-Trauben hergestellt. Die Gärung mit selektierten Hefen findet bei kontrollierter Temperatur statt. Anschließend reift der Perlwein in Edelstahltanks. Die Nase ist fruchtig mit Aromen von Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Birnen und roten Johannisbeeren und leichten blumigen Noten.
