On the nose, ripe black fruits appear, predominantly the black prune. Some mineral scents, liquorice.

Full bodied, with no hollowness on the palate, silky texture, with very subtle tannins. Black fruit, prune, chocolate. Elegant, full, very long lasting and fresh.

Harmonious, with all its layers very well assembled. It invites you to take a second sip.

The Roda Sela has a deep, red colour with bluish red hues throughout.In the nose there is a very expressive red fruit bouquet, especially ripe red cherry, with a nutty edge reminiscent of almonds and broken cherry bones. The wine is medium bodied, with scant presence of the oak adding to the feeling of lightness and freshness it provides.On the palate it is silky smooth, medium bodied, very fresh, well textured with no troughs. An excellent vintage in the wine-growing region of Rioja and an outstanding Roda wine. This blend, consisting of  90% Tempranillo, a 5% of Graciano and a 6% of Garnacha, has a wonderful bouquet offering notes of sweet cherries, black fruit and nuances of Mediterranean herbs, complemented by perfectly integrated oak aromas. On the palate, the deep red Roda DOC Reserva is sumptuous and full-bodied. Initially, the wine is very fruity, showing an enormous balance and fine tannins. Its finish is once again characterised by a great, fresh fruitiness.The grapes come from bush vines that are more than 30 years old. These vines are cultivated without wire trellis training systems. The wine matured for 14 months in barriques, of which 40% were new and 60% were second-fill barrels. Afterwards, it was aged for another 30 months in the bottle. Luis Gutierrez writes in the Wine Advocate: ‘This wine has the potential to become a real bestseller.’You’ll want to discover the Toda DOC Reserva with moderate or hearty stews with chicken or beef, for example. This wine is an exemplary Rioja.

This wine shows an excellent fullness, majestic aromas and an outstanding balance among all components, giving it ideal potential for prolonged ageing. The Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a sensational masterpiece of taste and fragrance. The Amarone has an impressive elegance, ripe fruit and an inviting bouquet. It is ruby-red in colour and shows fine hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is impressively powerful, with warm, rich nuances of wild cherry and chocolate. The Amarone is a little jewel in the range of Zenato wines. It is made of the excellent Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes, which come from the Valpolicella Classico region from the municipalities of Sant'Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano. The grapes are harvested and picked by hand and subsequently dried for a period of three months. As a consequence, much of the liquid evaporates, resulting in berries that are extremely rich in sugar. After fermentation, the wine matured for 30 months in oak casks and for a further 12 months in the bottle.

This is the first appearance on the market of the great wine CORIMBO I. It is 100% “Tinta del País”, aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels.Dark, deep and intense in colour, with a cherry-red rim. On the nose, it is heady but elegant and pleasant, with plenty of ripe black fruit such as plum and blackberry. In addition, mineral hints and quality sweet spices combine with black chocolate, ripe fruit and plum kernel.On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with a powerful and refreshing back taste of medicinal herbs and pine. Top quality tannin with an excellent finish of very ripe black fruit, cocoa and fresh herbal hints. Bodegas RODA has diversified into Ribera del Duero. After twenty years’ experience in D.O.Ca Rioja, RODA wanted to apply its knowledge and experience to a diversification into D.O. Ribera del Duero, creating Bodegas LA HORRA. The new company will take advantage of the existing synergies in techniques, management, R&D&I and commercial distribution of its wines - SELA, RODA, RODA I, CIRSION, and of its olive oils, DAURO and AUBOCASSA, products available in 55 countries.
