The Juan Gil Silver Label comes from the Jumilla region in Spain. It is a red wine made from 100% Monastrell grapes. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured for several months in French wood. The result is a deep purple-black wine with explosive aromas of ripe currants, red berries and smoked notes. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, silky and juicy on the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence and a long, spicy, balanced finish with toasted notes from the French wood.

Juan Gil's Silver Label goes perfectly with game, stewed vegetables, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, fish with spicy sauce, blue cheese or other mature cheeses.

If there is one region in particular that stands for the Monastrell grape variety, it is the Jumilla region in south-eastern Spain, west of Alicante and north of Murcia. The vines for the red wine Creencia con Actitud, literally translated as "faith with attitude", grow here at around 900 meters above sea level. The 100% Monastrell reflects the character of this region and the terroir in a wonderfully authentic way. The vines are grown without artificial irrigation, which produces high-quality grapes but keeps the quantity low. This is partly due to the age of the vines, which have been in service for more than 45 years.The Creencia con Actitud has a deep dark red color. The dry red wine has an intense aroma of ripe black fruit and delicate wood notes. This is accompanied by notes of roasted almonds, toasted bread and a hint of cigar box. The palate is enveloped by ripe, velvety tannins. A wine that is full-bodied and fresh at the same time, elegant and balanced despite its weight.
