Glenwood Chardonnay

From the Glenwood wine estate in Franschhoek comes the Chardonnay Unoaked, a white wine that naturally expresses the purity and freshness of the Chardonnay grape. The grapes ripen under optimal conditions in the carefully tended vineyards. Gently pressed as whole grapes, the juice ferments naturally for 17 days before resting on the fine lees for three months to gain fullness.

Light yellow in the glass, the wine seduces with floral aromas and subtle citrus notes. Lively and juicy on the palate, with flavors of citrus and stone fruit that end in a fresh, tangy finish. An uncomplicated Chardonnay that combines elegance and lightness - a wine that clearly demonstrates Glenwood's signature style.

Serve the Glenwood Chardonnay Unoaked at 10-12 °C with Thai or Mediterranean dishes or as an ideal accompaniment to sushi and fresh seafood.

Steenberg Five Lives Red Blend
