This sweet liqueur wine from the Franschhoek Valley is a true rarity: the bouquet of this fruity, delicate specialty offers multi-faceted notes of exotic fruits, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Highly aromatic on the palate, with a fine, unobtrusive sweetness and great complexity. The Chardonnay composition consists of briefly fermented grape must, the fermentation of which is stopped by blending with brandy.

The Haute Cabrière Pierre Jourdan Ratafia enhances every occasion. Serve it well chilled in small glasses as an aperitif with scallops, for example. It is also a perfect choice as a digestif to accompany desserts, pastries or aromatic cheeses. A real highlight in summer when drunk solo with ice or as a long drink with ice and sparkling wine.
