The Blaauwklippen winery, located 5 kilometers south of Stellenbosch city center, has combined the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (largest proportion), Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Merlot to create an outstanding red wine.The bouquet of this red wine from the Cape has a seductive aroma of dark cassis, cigar box and cedar wood.
