The Lake Chalice The Falcon Sauvignon Blanc has an elegant, delicate bouquet, offering distinctive aromas of passion fruit, currants and tangy grapefruit. On the palate, it shows refreshing notes of tropical fruit, underpinned by a salty minerality and a prolonged, fruity finish.

The grapes for this wine come from the Lower Wairau region in Marlborough, New Zealand. The soils of the eastern inundation area consist of nutrient-rich, muddy clay that is renowned for producing Marlborough’s legendary Sauvignon Blanc with its tropical flavour.

The Lake Chalice The Falcon Sauvignon Blanc is perfect to enjoy on its own as a refreshing aperitif. It also goes beautifully with mussels in white wine.
