Sileni Estates ist ein junger Wein-Erzeuger auf der Nordinsel Neuseelands. Das Weingut wurde 1997 gegründet. Es steht für Weine mit hohem Qualitätsniveau zu moderaten Preisen. Der Name Sileni stammt vom Begriff der Silenen ab und beschreibt in der Antike eine Art Mischwesen aus Mensch und Pferd, das dem Gefolge des Weingottes Bacchus zugeschlagen wurde.

Das Weingut Sileni liegt in der Hawke’s Bay und besitzt sehr moderne Weinkeller. Auch ein überregional anerkanntes Restaurant befindet sich auf dem Anwesen.

Die Trauben stammen von verschiedenen Lagen auf der Nord- und Südinsel. Über 100 Hektar werden bewirtschaftet. Chief Winemaker ist Grant Edmonds, der mit seiner Mannschaft weltweit umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Weinherstellung gesammelt hat.
